Track: Pediatric and Neonatal Diseases and Disorders
Every newborn infant deserves a healthy start in life. The neonatal period, which lasts for the first 28 days, is crucial. Fundamental health and eating behaviors are established during this time. It is also at this time when the infant is most vulnerable to
mortality. Sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and neonatal jaundice are two
prevalent neonatal diseases. Pediatric diseases are the diseases which will affect
at the time of childhood. Few of the pediatric diseases include anemia, asthma,
chickenpox, diphtheria, whooping cough, lyme disease, fever, down's syndrome, leukemia,
measles, mumps, pneumonia, polio, tuberculosis, candidiasis, cancer,
bronchiolitis, dental caries, cystic fibrosis, chagas disease etc.
