Javier Rose, a graduate of the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana, with honors, and a member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, is the head of paediatric services in the Seychelles Islands. His forte lies in the multiple international collaborations with paediatricians from all around the world; from India to France, Singapore to Canada, with whom he carries out research works and provide patient care. He is passionate about incorporating innovate practices to paediatric services to improve the overall care of patients. He has served as an honorary tutor for participants preparing for the international postgraduate paediatric certificate, at Westmead Medical college in Sidney Australia.
